Q. Where do I meet the Driver ? A. Unless otherwise arranged the driver will be waiting for you as you enter the arrivals hall with your name on our company board.
Q. What if I cannot find my driver ?
A. If you cannot find your driver call him on his moblie number if you were supplied with it, if you were not supplied with the drivers number make your way to the information desk area and call our office and we will locate the driver for you.
Q. When do I pay ?
A. Unless otherwise arranged you pay the driver on the day of collection. Any cheques should be made out to the name of the driver.
Q. Child seats ?
A. For insurance reasons we do not supply child seats, however if you use your own we can store them safely until yor return journey. Q. How do I change or cancel my booking ?
A. If you should need to cancel or change any details just use our contact us page and send message to amend any details or cal . We will confirm via email or telephone call. Q. What if my flight is delayed ?
A. We always check the status of all flight arrivals so if it is delayed we will usually be aware of the situation. If possible a text message or a phone call to us can sometimes be helpful.
Q. What if my flight is diverted ?
A. The airline usually transports passengers that have been diverted by coach to their original destination airport. If possible a text message or a phone call to us can sometimes be helpful. Any communication with us in these situations is vital so both the drivers and the customer are kept informed.
